Another week down…  although I just realized I have nothing to count down towards.  Huh.  Maybe I need to find something to be excited for.  Anyways, this coming week is spring break for the littles.  Should be a good week.  I have a few outings planned and hopefully the weather cooperates and we can go outside a bit too.  Have some kind of chocolate chips on the list… planning on having them help make cookies.  Not sure what else to say.  Pretty quiet week.  Think I’m going to try my hand at meal planning for the month and then going to the Farmer’s market once a month to get organic meat.  We eat meat about two times a week so if I got 8 meat products for the month that should be good.  Hey!  I just had a brilliant idea.  Why don’t I just plan 8 meals that include meat at the beginning of the month and then work two of them in each week!  Huh, sometimes I’m smarter than I appear.  Have a good weekend everybody!
