Trying a couple new recipes this week.  Hopefully they turn out well and will go into the recipe bank to be used again another day.  We are also having a very old recipe that Tim and I enjoy a lot.  Stuffed Peppers!  We’ve been making this since we started living together back in…  well let’s just say it’s been a long time!  Once I get some pictures I’ll post the recipe…  it’s one I made when we were doing the unnamed weight loss program way WAY back in the day.  Nothing too exciting going on this coming week….  we might have a leprechaun visit us tomorrow.  You just never know with those sneaky little guys!
