Another week down.  I left this one till yesterday to start but thankfully I had a fair share of book marked recipes I wanted to try.  I'm excited about this week.  The salad on Wednesday is one of my favourites.  I'll also eat it for lunch for the rest of the week and I'm excited for that too!  It's also Pi day on Wednesday, so I'm going to post a Pie recipe.  St. Partick's day is Saturday (which is my 2nd favourite holiday, I love the leperchauns!) so we are doing a Irish themed dinner and will probably make some shamrock cookies, I bought a cookie cutter already!  No huge plans for the coming week just school for the oldest little and me and the small little hanging out.  Hopefully I'll have to get out the rubber boots and splash pants if this wonderful sun sticks around!  Have a good week everybody!
