    Breakfast: Oatmeal or Toast with Orange (juice?)
    Lunch: Left Overs
    Dinner: Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized onions and apple w/ rice and veggies.

Tuesday
    Breakfast: Oatmeal or Toast with Apple or Orange
    Lunch: Left Overs
    Dinner: Chunky Vegetable Barley Soup (Not using the recommended turkey stock, just chicken)

   Wednesday
        Breakfast: Oatmeal or Toast with Berries
        Lunch: Left Overs
        Dinner: Penne with Roasted Asparagus and Balsamic Butter

Thursday
    Breakfast: Oatmeal or Toast with Berries
    Lunch: Left Overs
    Dinner: Sweet Potatoes and Black Bean Enchiladas

Friday
    Breakfast: Oatmeal or Toast with Fruit
    Lunch: Left Overs or out (T is at home)
    Dinner: Shrimp Noodle Soup

Saturday
    Breakfast: Waffles!  (I hope, still have to find the perfect waffle maker)
    Lunch: Something light, maybe soup from yesterday if there is some left?
    Dinner: Spanish Chicken with Chorizo and Potatoes

Light grocery list this week compare to some weeks.  Not sure if that means I’m getting better at planning or if I’m just picking cheaper meals.  Either way it’s easier on me and my wallet!  You might have noticed (but probably not) I’m not going shopping till Tuesday.  We are supposed to get up to 15 cm of snow this weekend!  I didn’t want to have to go out unless I wanted to so I moved grocery shopping day.  Sunday I’m not cooking and Monday we have all the stuff for the dinner as I bought way more pork tenderloin than I needed a couple weeks back.  I also have an extra tub of ricotta that isn’t open yet…  I’ve been looking for something to do with that as well, any ideas? 

Alright, I need to exercise and guzzle at least another liter of water.  Have a great weekend everybody!
