I've decided to try some more new recipes out of the same cookbook as last week.  So far I'm really enjoying it and everything I have made is higher than a 7/10 rating...  except for with the kids but they don't count.  If they could get away with it they would exist on PB & J sandwiches and french fries and candy.  Although, R does ask for cataloupe and sushi all the time...  maybe there is still hope for him!  Here is the book if you are looking to get your own copy, it's great!

Also, on a totally unrelated note, I saw this blog the other day and thought the photos were beautiful and was a little jealous that I never thought to and am no where near talented enough to make art like this.  Here is one that I think is absolutely gorgeous and wish that I had thought to do a first couple days photo diary when my little ones were little.  I've linked to the whole post through the picture, enjoy!

Way to go on the meal planning. We have been talking about doing something similar, but so many last minute things popping up have so far prevented us from creating anything close to a meal plan. We'll have a go at it again this week. :) Thanks for posting a link to that blog. The photos are gorgeous!
