Meal Planning for the Week of September 30, 2012

I almost forgot to post my meal plan for this week!  I've been doing them in google docs but then forgetting to put them on the website.  Whoops!  Here ya go!  There are some super yummy meals this week that I am looking forward to.  I was going to make Minestrone tonight but I forgot to do the beans after Riley's birthday party yesterday so I'm doing fish cakes tonight and soup tomorrow.  Ah well, at least I have all the stuff for the week so I can change things around if I need to.

So without further ado here is this weeks menu plan!

I would post the grocery list but I've already done the grocery shopping so I don't need it to be on here.  I think I might actually be baked out as well.   I made two cakes for Riley's birthday and today I made strawberry cupcakes.  Yeah, I'm done for a while...  maybe even till Christmas!  Although, I do have to make Christmas cake in November so maybe only till then!

Hope you all have a wonderful week and that it doesn't actually snow or be totally gross this week!  My motivation to keep going on C25K might dissapear if it snows.  I had to train through -35 and tons of snow for a race two years ago and I have promised myself I will never, ever do that again.  I don't mind a little snow but I'm done running outside once it's a foot deep and super cold.  Anyways, se ya next week! :)
