    Dinner: Pan Fried Fish Sandwiches

Wednesday
    Breakfast: Toast and Eggs w/ OJ
    Lunch: Toasted Sandwich w/ meat, veggies and fruit
    Dinner: Chicken Soup with Orzo

Thursday
    Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ Bananas and Cinnamon
