Leftovers from the past week and cake, mmmm cake.  I think I need some cake.

Well, nothing like getting to Friday and realizing you forgot to post your meal plan for the past week.  I'm going to say it was a really busy past week and I forgot.  which is true.  I should probably also mention that when it says TLC, it means the recipe comes for the The Looneyspoons Collection cookbook.  The minestrone I'm going to make soon is from The Silver Spoon.  I never really thought that you wouldn't know what cookbook I was using, like duh...  you should know. :P

Anyways, it was a decent week.  Tuesday and Thursday has tons of running around but thankfully in the end good we got good/neutral news so I'm happy about that.  Little one doesn't need his puffers anymore!  Woohoo!  I'm still alive and as far as the Dr can see won't be in pain anytime soon but my body is a mysterious thing and somedays it hates me a little more than other days.  P.S.  Thanks Mom and Dad for both having kidney stones...  you've made me realize I can go to hell and back and infact be stronger, or at least deal with pain better. Oh and by the way, yes that means I completely blaming you two for this.  Love you!

Have a good weekend everybody!
